Organizational & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC):

  • is the only ICF accredited relationship systems coach training program in the world
  • is a groundbreaking model for coaching relationship systems in organizations, groups, teams, partnerships and couples
  • has a huge impact in developing relations and is a powerful change management tool
  • become a member of the active, global and local ORSC network, which provides ongoing professional support

Increase your insights in relationship systems and learn how to coach them.

ORS@Work is the first module of the ORSC training program and therefore covers the same skills, tools and content as ORSC Fundamentals. However ORS@Work uses scenarios and practice exercises that have been contextualized for the workplace. We recommend ORS@Work to those who are part of the system, such as coaches, managers, leaders, those in the Human Resources, Organizational Development or training fields. ORS@Work gives you 12 CCEU's (ICF).

After the ORS@Work you can deepen your skills in the Intermediate, which gives access to the CRR ORSC certification program. This is not a must. You can book ORS@Work as a separate workshop. It will give you great insights in the ORSC methods and you will have powerful systems coaching tools to start with immediately!

Training days

ORS@Work is a 2 day course. For the second day of the course you will get a homework assignment. You will be asked to coach a relationship/partnership. This means coaching two individuals currently in a relationship. You may choose to coach two business partners, colleagues, siblings, friends or a couple as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45 min long appointment should be in place prior to the start of the course. The leaders will give you more detailed information about this assignment beforehand during the course.

  • Day 1 from 9.30 AM till 5.30 PM
  • Day 2 from 9.30 AM till 5.30 PM
  • As this course has no evening program you are not obliged to stay at the venue for the night. But you are free to stay in the hotel. If you would like to book one or more overnight stays at the venue and/or dinners, please contact the venue directly. Schouten Global will not book your overnight stays and/or dinners.

This course explores a ground breaking model for coaching teams, families, couples, and organizations. Whether your practice area is business coaching, HRDM or HRD or family therapy, the ORSC model will change the way you work. You will be introduced to a cutting edge coaching model based on Systems Theory, Process Work, Family Systems Therapy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Quantum Physics, Co-Active Coaching™, and Taoism. At its core is an evolution of the principles of Emotional Intelligence (relationship with oneself), and Social Intelligence (relationship with other) to Relationship Systems Intelligence where the focus is on the collective wisdom of the group, team or system.
