PEPtalk intervention nominated by IPPA to be a finalist in Intervention Challenge

Schouten Global is proud to announce Jessica van Wingerden, Director Research at Schouten Global, is a finalist in the inaugural Positive Organizational Intervention Challenge in Montreal for the PEP-talk intervention (Passion, Energy and Performance). She has been nominated by the members, leadership, and advisors of the Work & Organizations Division of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA).

PEPtalk: Passion, Energy, Performance, Works! Most employees start their career full of energy and enthusiasm. As time passes, employees may experience that their work environment can be demanding and staying engaged in the job is not self-evident. Organizations seek for ways to keep their workforce engaged and well performing so they can stand out and survive. The PEPtalk intervention provides organizations an activation program by which they can stimulate employee engagement.

The PEPtalk intervention is aimed at giving insights, creating awareness, stimulating reflection and above all learning and activation in the workplace.
