Who is this training for?

The ORS@Work course benefits any professional who is interested in expanding their leadership and coaching skills. It requires at least a bachelor-level background or mental aptitude. Participants come from diverse backgrounds including:

  • Organisational leaders and team managers
  • HR, OD or L&D professionals and consultants
  • Personal, executive and organisational coaches

Content of ORS@Work

The ORS@Work course is your entry point into the ORSC™ training program. The course can be taken as a standalone workshop or followed by the ORSC™ Intermediate course. It gives you the tools you need to apply the powerful ORSC™ methodology to your daily work as a coach or leader.
