Course description

Understanding team dynamics is crucial in leading your crew to success. This training will broaden your range of leadership skills by providing a clear framework for analyzing group dynamics. Communication is the primary vehicle through which effective teamwork can be accomplished. In this course, you will analyze your effectiveness and broaden your skills in building trust, commitment and collaboration within your team. You will improve your cultural awareness and get a better grip on group dynamics, the influence of power & affection and inclusion. This in-depth understanding of your team will enable you to manage ‘invisible’ processes that can make or break the performance of your team.
