Course description

Collaboration skills today are increasingly complex as teams are becoming more geographically widespread. Even more challenges arise when teams span different departments and/or diverse cultures.

By increasing your understanding about how teams work, you can improve your collaboration skills and achieve higher quality results for yourself and your team. By demonstrating yourself as an accountable team member, you set a good example and invite others to do the same.

Effective collaboration not only requires clarity relating to roles and results, but also self-steering and transparency. In this course, you will learn how to recognize complex decision making processes and how to manage them. You will actively work on building trust and cooperation, leading to effective collaboration and high team performance.

As you learn more about effective and ineffective group processes, you will be able to adopt an even more active role in achieving success for your team. After all, working together on complex challenges leads to higher quality results than the sum of individual performance.

Results

By the end of the course, you are able to:
