Course description

Change has become the new normal in today’s volatile business environment. Successful Change managers are open to different perspectives and have the talent to connect and develop new platforms from which further development can take off. These high performers are sincere and transparent and build trust in an uncertain environment.

In this course, you will learn how to navigate change with confidence and anticipate and handle challenges with a creative mindset that opens new opportunities. You will deepen your understanding about how change processes work using models.

At the same time, you will realize that these are only frameworks that help you manage the real world of different opinions, feelings and stakeholders. Most of all, you will discover that your best you is the strongest tool you have in making the change.

Throughout this course, you will work with a real life case from your work context and go through the different steps of Kotter’s change model to analyze your situation. You will practice and strengthen your change management skills and experiment with different communication styles which you can apply in various situations. This will ultimately give you a broader spectrum of instruments to lead change successfully in your organization.


By the end of the course, you are able to:

  • understand the essential role of the change manager in driving change successfully
  • be able to identify success factors and signals for failure during a change process
  • have strengthened essential change management skills: dialogue and coaching skills
  • have a deeper insight into the impact of your behavior
  • know a step by step model for change and how to translate it into individual actions

  • have received advice and tips on a real situation in your work context, including actions that will help you fulfil your changing task successfully.
